This is part of the Radiance development planned along Old Kings Road in Flagler County, positioned between Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.
The project is approved for up to 1200 homes spread across approximately 612 acres. This is a large, master planned residential development, not a small subdivision.
It is designed as a mix of housing types, with portions of the land reserved for open space, stormwater management, and buffers. Build out is planned over time, not all at once.
Infrastructure and traffic improvements are tied to the project approval, which is why Old Kings Road comes up so often in local growth conversations.
