HomeGoods Palm Coast Ground Breaking
They’re moving dirt on SR 100… and I’ve got the full breakdown of what’s coming.
Drove through the plaza today and caught the site getting prepped. So I dug into the actual site plans and pulled every number for you.
Here’s the deal. It’s a new addition at Palm Coast Landings… the same center that’s home to our Target. We’re talking 48,600 square feet of new retail on a 6.89 acre lot right off SR 100.
Three names are going in. A HomeGoods. A Barnes and Noble at right around 15,000 square feet, which finally ends the bookstore drought in this town. And a Five Below.
The plans just cleared the planning board back in March. And because the whole thing comes in under 100,000 square feet, it didn’t even need a full City Council vote to move forward.
They’re working off an existing lot with 240 parking spaces already in place. The traffic study projects around 1,636 new daily trips into that corridor once it’s open.
The developer on record is Weingarten Investments.
Now here’s why this matters to you. When retail like this lands, the neighborhoods around it get more desirable. More rooftops, more shopping, more reasons folks keep pointing north to Palm Coast. This is the stuff that quietly moves property values… and the people who saw it coming are the ones who bought right.
That’s the job. Knowing what’s coming before it hits a listing… so you make smarter moves in Palm Coast and Flagler County.
Comment STORE and I’ll keep you posted as this one goes vertical… I’m tracking it the whole way.
