THE RECORD THAT ALREADY BROKE
Both penthouses in the North Tower were reserved for roughly $20 million combined — the highest residential sale in Flagler County history, according to BH Group. For context, the previous county record was an ocean-view home in Hammock Dunes that sold for $5.2 million in June 2024.
We nearly quadrupled the county record on a building that hasn't broken ground.

You'll see headlines calling this "Palm Coast oceanfront." That's wrong. Palm Coast has no oceanfront property. This is Hammock Dunes, in the Hammock — unincorporated Flagler County, outside Palm Coast city limits and outside the City Council's purview. The mailing address says Palm Coast, which is where the confusion starts.
